POSTPARTUM CARE
Postpartum is hard! Your body is adjusting from being pregnant for nine months, to the biggest hormonal drop ever, to recovering from giving birth and now you have a new tiny human you get to take care of.
DAYTIME
Postpartum is overwhelming to say the least. It takes a village. And in such a vulnerable and sacred time we need to be surrounding mothers with love and support so they can rest.
What does Daytime postpartum care look like?
Practical needs such as household organization, meal preparation, errand running and light housekeeping
Newborn care such as taking care of baby while mom and dad sleep, infant handling, bottle/breastfeeding and pumping support, babywearing support, and helping you to understand your newborn’s needs
Emotional/physical needs such as a shoulder to cry on while adjusting to all the new and big things that come with being postpartum, or holding down the fort so you can shower/nap/self-care
Investment starts at $40/hour with a minimum of 4 hours/day
NIGHTTIME
It’s difficult to get a good quality nights rest with a newborn. And then having to wake up and continue taking care of your baby with little to no sleep.
We provide nighttime postpartum care so you can get a full night of sleep and be well rested and refreshed when you wake up in the morning to do all the things!
What does Nighttime postpartum care look like?
Taking care of baby while parents sleep. Feeding baby a bottle (or bringing baby to mom to breastfed ) burping, changing diapers, soothing and putting baby to sleep.
